Clear Support Logistics & AccreditationsFAQ

Answers to questions about how we handle direct aid, volunteer matching, safety licensing, and confidential referrals.

How fast are support requests reviewed?

We review direct food and companionship check-in requests daily. Intake call coordinators verify consent and contact availability within 2 - 4 hours of submission.

Are referrals kept fully confidential?

Yes. Our organization handles neighbor data securely in our local system. We never share case records with government tracking lines or external commercial advertisers.

Can I volunteer if I only have 2 hours a week?

Absolutely. Our care helpers pledge anywhere between 2 to 40 hours per week. Smaller shifts are allocated to nearby grocery logistics or basic telephone check-ins.

Do support assistants receive safety training?

Yes. Every single community helper undergoes rigorous DBS background clearances, takes a 2-hour de-escalation workshop, and is briefed on clinical emergency boundaries.
